To cancel your appointment:

1. Log into your DocBooking account
2. Go to "My Bookings" or "Appointments"
3. Select the appointment you wish to cancel
4. Click "Cancel Appointment"
5. Confirm your cancellation request

4. Rescheduling Your Appointment

You can reschedule your appointment to a different date or time:

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment
• Select a new date and time during the rescheduling process
• No additional fees for rescheduling
• Rescheduled appointments must be within 30 days of original booking

5. Doctor-Initiated Cancellation

If the doctor cancels your appointment:

• You will receive immediate notification via SMS/Email
• Full refund will be processed automatically
• You can reschedule with the doctor for a different time

6. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation:

• No refund will be issued
• Multiple no-shows may affect your future booking privileges
• The doctor may choose not to accept future bookings from you
• You will be notified if your account is flagged for excessive no-shows
